If the company says its reviewers have reasons to believe you are underage, you have the right to know those reasons. Bumble will not honor that right.
My account was permanentely blocked for allegedly being underage, however my account was ID verified and Bumble approved my ID.
I am not underage. I presume I was deliberately terminated for reporting scammers on the app.
12 or so hours later, my profile continues to be blocked because a scammer feared I was going to report them, so they decided to accuse me of being underage, which cannot be since I verified my profile on Bumble with an official ID that was my DOB in it.
I stumbled upon a scammer on Bumble. As I asked the scammer to verify their profile, they reported me as underage.
My profile was blocked as a consequence. The problem is, my profile is ID verified, which means I verified it with an ID that has my date of birth.
So I cannot be underage! I have appealed to Bumble twice already, to no avail.

I signed up for the Bumble dating service on April 22, 2024 for what I thought was a 3 month subscription ending in Jly 2024. I met my current girlfriend and deleted the app a few months later.
I had a great experience with Bumble until I saw they kept charging me for the dating subscription after the 3-month period, ending in July.
They kept auto-renewing the subscription every 3 months from July 21, 2024 through July 16, 2024 for a total of $449.95. I never received an email or invoice notifying me of the auto-renewals. It was really shady.
I contacted Bumble support about this 3 times. I had no idea they auto-renewed it.
Buried deep in their user agreement it says it auto-renews and there are no refunds. I never got that impression when I signed up and hadn't even used the app during the time they were charging me.
Bumble Support won't even let you escalate it to a manager or even try to meet you in the middle. It's a terrible way to do business and an awful customer service.
From now on when people ask me how I met my girlfriend (and soon to be fiancee), I will say we used bumble but will recommend they use Hinge since Bumble is not someone to do business with. They are losing a lifelong advocate.

Now that I have officially complained to Pissed Off Consumer, I have received an email from Bumble, the dating site. In the email, they have threatened to take me to collections for canceling my subscription to them.
Yet, they do not comply with Illinois law that says that canceling a subscription should be easy and direct to the point.
I dare them to come after me to collections. I will have my day in court.

Bumble dating service had a pre-recorded notification on their customer service number. It basically said that if I want to contact them I must use their website..
basically, they're either overwhelmed by customer complaints or they do not have the staffing to have a full-time customer service number. As I said before be wary of doing business with this dating service they're unreputable

Verified Buyer |Poor customer service/ photo verification
I signed up for Bumble on January 21st and bought the premium package, I spent approximately 5 hours trying to verify my photos. During the setup process I missed a lot of profiles in my area so I deleted and rebuilt my profile.
My account has been down for 2 days now I have sent 16 customer services requests for an intervention into reestablishing my account I have not received any help. They actually want me to rebuy the same package that I just bought 2 days ago.
There are multiple people trying to contact me and I have no way of seeing or contacting them. They say that their customer service Works 24/7 I have not received any help

They deleted my account causing me to create a new one. All my matches and conversations are gone. They do this when you don't buy a subscription or spend money with them. When I got to the end of the registration, they required me to use the phone app.
At this point, I didn't want the account, so I emailed them. They said they needed to verify me. They asked for the registration date, and I gave them 2/21/2025. They claimed that it's the wrong date.
They had to text me a code. They also emailed me when I was setting up the account, and it was 2/21/2025, clearly. But they wanted a copy of my ID. I did not give them my ID to open this account.
You used a code via phone and my email. You are a scam, and you steal people's information using unfair and deceptive acts. This is unbelievable, what I am facing just to close an account.
I would never give them my ID or a credit card. The customer support is a joke.

I received all my referral payments amounting to $376.00 and waited an entire month until January 5th, which was the release date for my funds. They informed me that it's still pending because they suspect some of my referrals were fraudulent.
I am frustrated by their dishonesty. If they truly believed that some were fraudulent, then how was I able to cash out my earnings?

Why do you keep not sending my compliments, or asking Did we make a mistake? Below is a screenshot of a compliment I just attempted to send.
But your Co. refused to put through, yet still charged me for! Im brand new to your site & have already had that happen 6 times.
The man stated he was on this site To find friends for his dog. There is NOTHING inappropriate or unkind about the compliment I sent!
Can't cancel my account, continious credit card charges
I have tried in several ways to cancel my Bumble account and it seems that there is no way to do it, I have contacted Bumble but I have got no response as of yet.
In their web nor the App, there is a process to cancel suscription, I have tried their actual Frequent Ask questions and the process they out line does not work in my profile page...pretty much I am captive.
What can I do?
